Wild, expansive vistas await us on this leisurely walk along the Mogollon
Rim and down to Two Sixty Trailhead. Start on the Rim Lakes Vista Trail,
then bail out at the Military Sinkhole to make our way down to the junction
where the Highline Trail begins. Come prepared for sunshine, clouds,
pleasant breezes, and inspiring scenery of the Zane Grey country.
This hike is described in
Footloose from Phoenix,
by Ted Tenny, pages 235-240.
