In 1540, Francisco Vásquez de Coronado led a thousand mile expedition
from New Spain to seek the legendary treasure of the Seven Cities of Cibola.
The Trailblazers’ Cibola Pass expedition will be considerably shorter
but we will discover the real treasure, which is Sedona’s spectacular
red rock formations. Hike over Cibola Pass and Soldier Pass, enjoying fine
views of Coffeepot Rock, the Devil’s Kitchen, Brins Mesa, Wilson Mountain,
and Steamboat Rock. Bring your camera! |
