This hike starts out of the Iron Springs trailhead and heads thru the ponderosa forest to
meet up with the Munds Canyon trail which we will take the Crystal Point Trailhead on
Lake Mormon Road. We will continue across the road and take the Crystal Point trail to
the top where there are great views of Sedona and Munds Park. We will then continue
down the trail until we reach the east side of Odell Lake which we will follow back to
the parking and cars. We will stop for a snack/ lunch along the way.

The Odell Lake parking lot is reached by taking I-17 to the Munds Park exit and heading
east on Pine Wood Blvd for 1.4 miles and then turn right on Raintree Road.
Take Rain Tree road .3 miles to bottom of hill and parking lot is on right. We will carpool to the hike starting point at Iron Springs Trailhead and hike back to Odell Lake. |
