This scenic trek will take us from Pictograph Trailhead to the Pictographs
and back. This is about 1 mile. Then following the Goldfield trail out to 40
arm saguaro and return the way you came. You'll enjoy miles of expansive views
of the Superstitions before we come to a large saguaro with 40 arms. We will
have lunch by the saguaro. The Goldfield trail follows the base of the
Superstitions. Come prepared for gorgeous spring flowers and gorgeous views of
the Superstitions aplenty. Cameras and sunscreen recommended. Depending on the
daylight we may do the Goldfield trail first and the Pictographs last.
