I’ve never been there. Are you ready for an exploratory hike?
Tchaikovsky gave us the 1812 overture. Just add 999 and we get the 2811 overpeaks hike. Park off SR88 near MP206. Bushwhack up toward peak “KO”. The adventure continues as we try to follow a ridge down to “D3” and First Water Creek. From there we head for peak 2811. The return route depends on time available. Come prepared. See map. |
