Helmet Rock Day Hike

where Goldfield Mountains
the hike Helmet Rock is a volcanic tuff formation shaped like a fireman’s helmet in the Willow Springs Canyon vicinity. On this wild off-trail hike we’ll visit high points and amazing scenery as we climb to the top of the rock and make our way back along ridges and side canyons.
This is a hike for adventurers! Long pants, long sleeves, and gloves recommended. Bring your camera.

Stay on the Apache Trail highway (Canyon lakes).
