| the hike |
On this slightly exploratory hike we’ll traverse the familiar
Blue Ridge and the decidedly unfamiliar Bulldog Wash Ridge. In
between is a wild and woolly off-trail excursion into the rolling
southern foothills of the Goldfield Mountains. Come prepared for
some off-trail climbing, prickly vegetation, and unforgettable
mountain vistas.
The Blue Ridge part of this hike is described on pages 52-54 of
Goldfield Mountain Hikes
by Ted Tenny, with a map on page 149.
