Let spend part of Thanksgiving morning giving back to our community! AZTHC has reserved 20 volunteer spots for the 2026
Thanksgiving Meal at the Phoenix Convention Center.
We have two shifts, so you can choose the one that works best for you. Shift 1 – Kitchen Crew 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM 15 spots Help prepare and plate the Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen. Volunteers will also help with dishes and other kitchen duties as needed. A nice option for those who still want to cook Thanksgiving dinner at home! You can finish your volunteer shift by 11:00 AM and still have plenty of time to head home and get your own turkey in the oven. Volunteers must be 16 years or older. Shift 2 – Meal Service Crew 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM 5 spots Help serve hot Thanksgiving meals, desserts, and beverages to guests in a restaurant-style dining area. Volunteers will also help clear tables and reset the dining area after the meal. This shift is a little longer, but it gives you the opportunity to spend more time directly helping and interacting with the guests. |
