On this hike we head south down Cottonwood Wash about
2 miles to waypoint “C8”. Leave the wash and head up
Cane Spring Canyon to waypoint “C1”.
The section from”C7” to “C5” is a repeat
(see Seucito Canyon report).
We may even find a lost camera near “C5”.
From “C5” to “R1” will be challenging and new to yours truly. When we arrive at “J5”, hike a road back to the trailhead. Come prepared. See Map. |

7:00 AM in the parking lot of the Target Center on the south side of Shea Blvd., about a mile west of Highway 87 (Beeline). For those leaving their cars behind, please park up against the north curb away from Starbuck’s. | ||
