Volunteer work on Bear Mtn trail Day Hike
when November 4, 2023 Saturday
where Sedona
the hike Join me for a volunteer activity for a good cause! Sedona Red Rock Trail Fund is calling for volunteers to help out for building/rebuilding rock steps within the first half mile of the trailhead of Bear and Doe mountain. We will help with corridor brushing and drain maintenance so round trip volunteers will likely hike no more than two-ish miles. The rock projects are considered strenuous while the drainage maintenance and brushing work are both moderate at most. Please join us for this rare opportunity to help out. As we all like to hike Sedona and use some trails, now is the time that we show our appreciation and give back to the community! This event will start at 830am and conclude at 1230pm. The refreshment will be provided.
We may after the event hike either Bear or Dow Mtn trail.
